About Pophaus

Pophaus is a fast growing creative and performance agency working with consumer brands across wellness, supplements, food and beverage, and beauty. We produce high performing UGC, studio content, social content, email retention campaigns, and ad creative for brands across Canada and the US.

We are hiring a Client Success Manager to own day to day client communication, manage delivery across teams, and ensure every client has a clear, confident, premium experience working with Pophaus.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the overall client experience, retention, and relationship health across assigned accounts
  • Serve as the main day to day point of contact for clients
  • Lead weekly or bi weekly client calls with confidence and clarity
  • Provide timely updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations proactively
  • Track and manage deliverables across UGC, studio content, social content, email campaigns and flows, and ad creative
  • Coordinate closely with strategists, designers, editors, creators, and the email team to keep work moving smoothly
  • Keep Slack channels and Notion boards organized, accurate, and up to date
  • Lead monthly client summaries and partner with strategists to translate performance into clear next steps
  • Ensure clients always know what is happening, what is coming next, and why

Who You Are

  • 3 to 5 years of experience at a creative, social, UGC, digital, or email focused agency
  • Confident and polished in client facing communication
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once
  • Strong understanding of UGC, social content workflows, and basic email or CRM concepts
  • Calm under pressure, proactive by nature, and solution oriented

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing programs
  • Exposure to UGC or influencer coordination
  • Familiarity with Meta or TikTok ad performance metrics
  • Experience working with DTC or consumer brands

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a creative strategist
  • Not a media buyer
  • Not a content creator
  • Not a hands on email producer
  • Not a senior director role

This role owns communication, delivery coordination, and client satisfaction, while partnering closely with strategists and the wider delivery team.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full time role
  • CA$75,000 to CA$85,000 base salary
  • Retention and performance bonus
