How do I know which option is right for my brand?

If you already have someone running your feed and managing creators, Option A keeps your content pipeline full. If your social is in someone’s side hustle pile, Option B picks it up. If you want one team owning content, posting, and partnerships, Option C is built for that.

What types of brands do you work with?

We primarily work with CPG retail focused brands in Food, beverage, wellness, supplements and spirit brands. We do not work with SaaS or service businesses — our process is built around physical products.

Q:
What is your pricing structure?

Pricing scales with the option you choose and the depth of work inside per month. Option A and Option C are quoted based on scope after a discovery call.

Do we own everything you create?

Yes. Every piece of content we make for you is yours to use across ads, organic, retail, email, and anywhere else. Creator licensing is clarified upfront for any UGC or influencer content.

Q:
Can you work alongside our in-house team?

All the time. On Option A especially, we plug in as the creative arm and play nicely with your social manager or your in-house team. We do not need to own everything to do great work.

Q:
How fast can you start?

Onboarding usually takes one to two weeks. From there, you see your first content drop or your first published post inside the first month.

Q:
What if my brand is new or pre-launch?

A lot of new start up and disruptive brands come to us as they do not have it their social content figured out in house. With a single package you get a fractional social team dedicated to helping you show up on social.
